Jessica Bauer is a PhD-level researcher and evaluation leader with 18+ years of progressive experience designing and directing quantitative and qualitative research across postsecondary education, workforce development, and technology-enabled learning. She works closely with organization leaders to identify their most urgent challenges and develop customized projects to address those needs. Dr. Bauer believes it’s critical to hear from the clients, students, customers, and other stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of gaps, successes, and possible solutions.
She is skilled in leading mixed-methods studies from proposal development through dissemination. Dr. Bauer has a proven track record of partnering with funders, policymakers, and cross-sector stakeholders to translate complex findings into actionable evidence for public audiences, and contributing to business development that expands research portfolios.
